Guidelines for Developing Innovative Learning Management in The Situation of the Covid 2019 Pandemic for School Teachers to Expand Opportunities Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area District Office 2

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to study the state of teaching and learning management in situation of the COVID-19 pandemic of teachers in Opportunity Expansion Schools under the Office of Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area 2, to study methods for development of learning innovative management in situation of the COVID-19 pandemic of teachers in Opportunity Expansion Schools under the Office of Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area 2, and to propose guidelines for development of learning innovative management in situation of the COVID-19 pandemic of teachers in Opportunity Expansion Schools under the Office of Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area 2. It is survey research. A questionnaire was used for a sample group of165 teachers at the Expanded Opportunity School. Data were analyzed using statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. and conducted interviews with 5 key informants. Data were analyzed using content analysis. Research tools include questionnaires and interviews.

The results of the study indicated that:

1. The state of teaching and learning management in situation of the COVID-19 pandemic of teachers in Opportunity Expansion Schools in 4 aspects was at a high level. The 4 aspects are learning management method, innovative technology, duty performance under ethical principles, and human resource development under virtue principles.
2. The methods for development of learning innovative management in situation of the COVID-19 pandemic of teachers in Opportunity Expansion Schools in 4 aspects was at a high level. The 4 aspects consist of analysis of general school state, classroom development, learner development, and curriculum analysis for development of innovation in each lesson with a focus on knowledge and process in self-development for complete human being.
3. The guidelines for development of learning innovative management in situation of the COVID-19 pandemic of teachers in Opportunity Expansion Schools consist of: teachers should be able to set their teaching plans and spend suitable time, teachers should be able to choose learning models for designing suitable learning units and supporting individual learning, and classification of indicators as learning units can make learning plans flexible to situation of COVID-19 pandemic.
