Abstract

The objectives of this research article are 1) to study the guidelines for educational management at Phrapariyattham School. Department of General Education, Lamphun Province 2) To compare educational management approaches at Phra Pariyattitham School. General Education Department, Lamphun Province, classified by gender, age, educational level. The sample group in this research were administrators, teachers, and educational personnel of Phrapariyattham School. General Education Department, Lamphun Province, from a total of 140 images/person, the sample size was determined using the Krejcie & Morgan table to be 103 images/person. The research instrument was a questionnaire, divided into 2 parts as follows: Part 1 was a questionnaire about general information. Respondent Using a checklist questionnaire, part 2 is a questionnaire for opinions regarding educational administration guidelines in Phrapariyattham School. Department of General Education, Lamphun Province, using a multiple-choice questionnaire classified into 4 areas. Statistics used in data analysis include mean, percentage, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test values for comparison. And when considering each aspect It was found that the side with the highest average was academic administration group the average was at a high level, followed by the budget management group with an average at a moderate level.
