The Model of School Innovative Management under Secondary Educational Service Area Office Loei, Nong Bua Lam Phu

The objectives of this research were to: 1) study the generalities, current conditions and needs in the school innovative management 2) The model of school innovative management 3) Evaluate to affirm professional the model of school innovative management under the secondary educational service area office Loei, Nong Bua Lam Phu. The sample group consisted of 86 school directors. The informants were 3 school directors who have school innovative management results between 2022 - 2023 on a continuous basis. It is almost 6 people, and 7 experts selected. The research tools are current condition questionnaire, desirable condition, interview form, group conversation record and the appropriateness and feasibility assessment form of the approach research report preparation statistics consist of requests upon receipt of standardized sections.
The research found that:
- From the study of current conditions, problems, needs in the school innovative management under the secondary educational service area office Loei - Nong Bua Lam Phu. It was found that school innovative management under the office of the secondary education area Nong Bua Lam Phu, with the total in the medium level and the need from descending as follows: the 1st reflecting on the results of using innovation, the 2nd analyzing innovation needs, the 3rd innovative design, the 4th improvement and development, and the 5th innovative management planning.
- The model of school innovative management under the secondary educational service area office Loei - Nong Bua Lam Phu. It was found that it consists of 1) Principles 2) Objective 3) Procedures and 4) Assessment guidelines.
- The possibility results of the model of school innovative management, evaluated by 15 school directors, are at the most appropriate level and the possibility is at the highest level.
