Learning Management and the Balance of Organizing a Learning Ecosystem and a Sustainable Learning Culture

This academic article presents about School are agencies responsible for providing education to youth in accordance with the Constitution and the National Education Act. Currently, it is affected by changes in many areas, especially in technology and society, resulting in learning management changing formats or new learning management processes. However, in order to manage learning effectively, that is necessary to take into account the learning culture and the learning ecosystem. From the study, it was found that learning culture is a process of changing and developing knowledge, skills, and attitudes in effective interaction and communication with others in order to create innovation, knowledge sharing and the transfer of knowledge that will help in the organization's efficiency. The learning ecosystems are a holistic approach to education that integrates learning concepts that use physical and virtual spaces to stimulate learning and stimulate growth, intellectual emphasis is placed on self-improvement from the easy to the difficult, with a flexible network of connections between the learner and the learner and between the learner and the teacher. When studying the elements of learning culture, the learning ecosystem and learning management are found to have a connection between each other. If the school has a learning culture and a good learning ecosystem, learning management within the school can proceed effectively. efficiency and effectiveness for students.
