Development of Enhancing Creative Leadership Model of Teachers in Small - sized Schools under Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 4

Abstract

This study employed a research and development (R&D) approach with the following objectives: (1) to study the problems and current conditions in enhancing creative leadership among teachers in small-sized schools under the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 4. (2) to design and develop a model for enhancing creative leadership among teachers in small-sized schools under the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 4. (3) to evaluate the model for enhancing creative leadership among teachers in small-sized schools under the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 4. (4) to compare the results of implementing the model for enhancing creative leadership among teachers in small-sized schools under the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 before and after the experiment. And (5) To examine the results of implementing the model for enhancing creative leadership among teachers in small-sized schools under the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 in terms of efficiency, effectiveness, and value.The experimental group consisted of 7 teachers teaching at BanBalanga School. The research instruments included: (1) a questionnaire on opinions, (2) an evaluation form for the questionnaire, (3) an innovation in the form of a designed and developed model, (4) a model evaluation form, (5) an experimental action plan, (6) pretest and posttest assessment forms, and (7) an assessment form for efficiency, effectiveness, and value. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, dependent samples t-test, and content analysis.The research findings revealed that the overall problems and conditions The problems and current conditions in enhancing creative leadership among teachers. The CEPLA Model was identified as an effective model suitable for experimental implementation in the school, in accordance with the specified action plan. The model consisted of five stages: (1) Creativity, (2) Empowerment, (3) Problem Solving skill, and (4) Leadership Skill (5) Appreciation The results of implementing the active learning management model after the experiment were significantly higher than those before the experiment at the .01 level of statistical significance. Furthermore, the model was improved and developed in terms of efficiency, effectiveness, and value, with the overall evaluation results at the highest level. It is recommended that the enhancement of teachers’ creative leadershipmodel be applied to opportunity small-sized schools, or other educational institutions as an educational innovation in the future.
