This research aimed to: (1) examine the transformational leadership of school administrators in the BANI World era; (2) examine teachers’ work motivation in the BANI World era; and (3) investigate the predictive power of transformational leadership of school administrators affecting teachers' motivation in BANI World era schools under Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. This study employed a predictive research design. The sample consisted of 317 school administrators and teachers working in schools under the Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, selected through stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a five-point rating scale questionnaire with item-objective congruence indices ranging from 0.67 to 1.00 and an overall reliability coefficient of 0.890. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The findings revealed that:
1. the transformational leadership of school administrators in the BANI World era, both overall and by dimension, was at a high level;
2. teachers’ work motivation in the BANI World era, both overall and by dimension, was also at a high level; and (3) transformational leadership of school administrators significantly predicted teachers’ work motivation at the .01 level. Among the predictors, individualized consideration demonstrated the strongest predictive influence, followed by inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and idealized influence. The multiple correlation coefficient was 0.920, with a predictive power of 84.60 percent. The predictive equations were as follows: the unstandardized score equation was (Yi) = 1.117 + 0.326X4 + 0.173X2 + 0.139X1 + 0.106X3 and the standardized score equation was (Zyi) = 0.311ZX2 + 0.209ZX4 + 0.218ZX5 + 0.160ZX3
