The main objective of this research was to examine the consistency of a structural equation model of the school innovation ecosystem under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office with empirical data. The sample consisted of 220 teachers under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office, District 1 and District 2. The research instrument was a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Jamovi software. 1) The overall level of innovation leadership of school administrators was rated high, with a mean score of 4.38. The overall innovation leadership level of teachers was also rated high, with a mean score of 4.39. The overall innovation ecosystem in schools under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office was rated high, with a mean score of 4.29. 2) The components of the innovation leadership of school administrators, the innovation leadership of teachers, and the innovation ecosystem in schools under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office were found to be in harmony with the empirical data. 3) The results of the development and testing of the structural equation model of the innovation ecosystem in schools under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office revealed that the innovation leadership of school administrators had both direct and indirect positive effects on the innovation ecosystem, mediated through the innovation leadership of teachers. The model fit indices showed that the model was well aligned with the empirical data, with a Relative Chi-Square value of 1.37, SRMR value of 0.02, RMSEA value of 0.04, CFI value of 0.99, TLI value of 0.99, GFI value of 0.99, and AGFI value of 0.99.
