Abstract
This study aimed to: 1) develop teachers’ knowledge and understanding of producing and using instructional media through the Canva platform; 2) enhance teachers’ abilities in producing and using instructional media through the Canva platform; and 3) examine teachers’ satisfaction toward the development of skills in producing and using instructional media through the Canva platform. This research employed an action research approach. The participants consisted of 13 teachers from Ban Wang Plado School. The research instruments included a knowledge test, a skills assessment form, an interview form, an observation form, and a satisfaction questionnaire. Data were analyzed using mean, percentage, standard deviation, and content analysis.
The study findings were as follows:
- Teachers’ knowledge and understanding of producing and using instructional media through the Canva platform significantly improved, with an average percentage of 90.38%.
- Teachers’ abilities in producing and using instructional media through the Canva platform were overall at a high level.
- Teachers’ satisfaction toward the development of skills in producing and using instructional media through the Canva platform was overall at the highest level.
