Develovement of academic administration for early childhood education management in the Private School in Bangkok

Abstract

ABSTRACT  This research aimed to 1) study the academic and problem of academic administration for early childhood education management of  private school in Bangkok and 2) develovement of academic administration for early childhood education management of  private school in Bangkok. The sample consisted of 353 private school teachers. The instrument was a questionnaire and interview form. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation.

The research findings found that: 1) overall academic administration for early childhood education management of  private school in Bangkok was high, problem of Academic Administration for early childhood education management of  private school in Bangkok is moderate 2) develovement of academic administration the first point Academic administration is considered the core of any educational institution, requiring the utmost importance of administrators, teachers, and educational personnel. Administrators establish the framework for academic administration based on the Ministry of Education's guidelines. Administrators must possess a comprehensive understanding of academic the second point is that academic administration is considered the core of any educational institution, and administrators, teachers, and educational personnel must give it the utmost importance. Administrators set the framework for academic administration based on the Ministry's guidelines. Administrators must have a comprehensive understanding of academic affairs.
