พฤติกรรมสารสนเทศในยุคโควิด-19

บทความวิชาการนี้นำเสนอประเด็นพฤติกรรมสารสนเทศในช่วงการระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (โควิด-19) ตั้งแต่ช่วงปลายปี พ.ศ. 2562 จนถึงเดือนสิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2563 ศึกษาจากบทความวิจัย บทความวิชาการ และข้อมูลจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาต่างประเทศเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมสารสนเทศของประชาชนเกี่ยวกับโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (โควิด-19) ในภูมิภาคต่าง ๆ ทั่วโลก ผลจากการศึกษา พบว่า ความต้องการสารสนเทศของประชาชนทั่วโลกส่วนใหญ่ต้องการสารสนเทศในด้านการดูแลป้องกันตนเองและอาการป่วยของโรค ด้านการแสวงหาสารสนเทศ พบว่า คำค้นที่ใช้คือ“coronavirus” “COVID-19” “coronavirus symptoms” “coronavirus test” “COVID-19 symptoms” ช่องทางที่รับสารสนเทศคือโทรทัศน์ของภาครัฐและสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ ด้านการใช้สารสนเทศคือ คนใช้สารสนเทศเพื่อการป้องกันตนเองจากโรคและการติดตามอาการป่วยที่เกิดขึ้นเพื่อเฝ้าระวังรักษาสุขภาพตนเองและคนรอบข้าง ปัญหาที่พบในการค้นหาสารสนเทศและการรับข่าวสารคือการมีข่าวลือ ข่าวปลอม และข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับโรคที่มากเกินไป
