Development of Tutorial Audio Texts Summary of Integrated Unit Contents for Undergraduate Students of Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University

The objectives of this research were threefold: (1) to develop tutorial audio texts summary (TATS); (2) to study learning achievement of undergraduate students; (3) to study the satisfaction of undergraduate students who learned from the TATS integrated unit contents.
This study was of the research and development type. Conduct an experiment with TATS with undergraduate students enrolled in Educational Technology and Communication courses. Thirty students simple random sampling. Research tools include TATS four units, achievement test. and a questionnaire on the opinions of students. Data were collected from students in individual, group, and field trials. data analysis comprise the statistics used to analyze the data were efficiency values, mean, standard deviation. T- test and content analysis. (2) TATS by asking for opinions and interviewing the sample group.
Major Findings: (1) the four units of the developed TATS were E1/E2 efficiency at 83/82, 81/80, 80.5/80 and 81/810 respectively, all of which met the set 80/80 efficiency criterion; (2) the post-learning achievement scores of the students who learned from the TATS were significantly higher than their pre-learning counterpart scores at the .05 level of statistical significance; (3) the students were satisfied at the Highest level with the TATS in students benefits from learning with audio textbooks.
