แนวทางการพัฒนาทักษะการรู้สารสนเทศและเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษา

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาทักษะการรู้สารสนเทศและเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษา โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเก็บข้อมูลจากนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จำนวน 400 คน และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกของผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ 24 คน ประกอบด้วยผู้บริหาร จำนวน 6 คน ครูผู้สอน จำนวน 12 คน และครูบรรณารักษ์ จำนวน 6 คน ซึ่งผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่านักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษามีทักษะการรู้สารสนเทศและเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย=3.94) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่ามีทักษะการรู้สารสนเทศและเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสูดคือ การทบทวนและประเมินผลการศึกษาค้นคว้า (ค่าเฉลี่ย=4.05) รองลงมาคือ การใช้และการเผยแพร่สารสนเทศ (ค่าเฉลี่ย=3.93) การประเมินคุณค่าสารสนเทศ (ค่าเฉลี่ย=3.92) การวิเคราะห์งานและการวางแผนการใช้สารสนเทศ (ค่าเฉลี่ย=3.89) การเข้าถึงแหล่งสารสนเทศและการค้นคืนสารสนเทศ (ค่าเฉลี่ย=3.89) ตามลำดับ ผลการทดสอบสมมุติฐานการวิจัย พบว่า นักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑลและภูมิภาค นักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นและตอนปลาย นักเรียนที่เคยเรียนและไม่เคยเรียนวิชาการศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระมีทักษะการรู้สารสนเทศและเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
