การพัฒนาแบบทดสอบมาตรฐานวัดการรู้สารสนเทศสำหรับนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีโดยใช้ทฤษฎีการตอบสนองข้อสอบ

การวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนาแบบทดสอบมาตรฐานวัดการรู้สารสนเทศของนักศึกษาโดยใช้ทฤษฎีการตอบสนองข้อสอบ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้เป็นนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ชั้นปีที่ 3 ภาคปกติ ปีการศึกษา 2564 แบ่งเป็น 3 กลุ่มคือ กลุ่มที่ 1 ใช้เพื่อตรวจสอบความเป็นปรนัยของข้อคำถาม จำนวน 5 คน กลุ่มที่ 2 สำหรับการทดลองใช้เครื่องมือ จำนวน 30 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีเลือกแบบเจาะจง และกลุ่มที่ 3 เป็นกลุ่มที่ใช้ในการหาคุณภาพของแบบทดสอบโดยใช้ทฤษฎีการตอบสนองข้อสอบ จำนวน 500 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบทดสอบมาตรฐานวัดการรู้สารสนเทศตามมาตรฐานการรู้สารสนเทศที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นโดยยึดเกณฑ์มาตรฐานการรู้สารสนเทศ ของสมาคมห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัยและวิจัยแห่งสหรัฐอเมริกา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ได้แบบทดสอบวัดการรู้สารสนเทศสำหรับนักศึกษาปริญญาตรี จำนวน 41 ข้อ โดยมีค่าอำนาจจำแนก อยู่ในช่วง 0.53 ถึง +2.39 ค่าความยาก อยู่ในช่วง -1.12 ถึง +2.08 และค่าการเดา อยู่ในช่วง 0.07 ถึง 0.29 ค่าสารสนเทศของแบบทดสอบมีแนวโน้มสูงขึ้น ณ ระดับความสามารถ (θ) -0.9 ถึง 0.1 โดยมีค่าสูงสุดที่ระดับความสามารถ -0.1
