ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจใช้สารสนเทศของอาจารย์ในโครงการเพิ่มศาสตราจารย์แบบก้าวกระโดด มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการใช้สารสนเทศเพื่อการผลิตงานวิชาการของอาจารย์ในโครงการฯ 2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจใช้สารสนเทศเพื่อการผลิตงานวิชาการของอาจารย์ในโครงการเพิ่มศาสตราจารย์แบบก้าวกระโดด มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ อาจารย์ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการเพิ่มศาสตราจารย์แบบก้าวจำนวน 63 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยคำนวณค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการถดถอยพหุแบบปกติ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การใช้สารสนเทศเพื่อการผลิตงานวิชาการของอาจารย์ในโครงการเพิ่มศาสตราจารย์
แบบก้าวกระโดด มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ ประกอบด้วยความทันสมัยของเนื้อหา และคุณภาพของเนื้อหา 2) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจใช้สารสนเทศมีความสำคัญต่อการตัดสินใจใช้สารสนเทศของอาจารย์ระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.62 และ 3.61 และข้อมูลประชากรสามารถร่วมกันอธิบายการตัดสินใจใช้สารสนเทศเพื่อการผลิตงานวิชาการฯได้ร้อยละ 87.9 เมื่อควบคุมอิทธิพลของตัวแปรอิสระตัวอื่น ๆ ให้คงที่แล้ว ตัวแปรที่มีอิทธิพลกับการตัดสินใจใช้สารสนเทศเพื่อการผลิตงานวิชาการของอาจารย์ในโครงการเพิ่มศาสตราจารย์แบบก้าวกระโดด ได้แก่ อายุมีค่าอิทธิพลที่ระดับ.520 (ß=.520) ระดับการศึกษา มีค่าอิทธิพลที่ระดับ.440 (ß=.440) และประสบการณ์การทำงาน มีค่าอิทธิพลที่ระดับ.128 (ß=.128)
