ประสบการณ์ผู้ใช้กับการใช้และการเข้าถึงความรู้พิธีบายศรีสู่ขวัญ

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมของผู้ใช้เกี่ยวกับการใช้และการเข้าถึงความรู้เกี่ยวกับบายศรีสู่ขวัญในด้านประสบการณ์การใช้และพฤติกรรมเข้าถึงความรู้ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้ใช้ทั้งที่เป็นนักวิชาการ และนักปฏิบัติ จำนวน 16 คน ตามพฤติกรรมสารสนเทศของ Wilson ผลการสัมภาษณ์พบว่า ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักมีวัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับพิธีบายศรีสู่ขวัญแตกต่างตามบทบาทหน้าที่ ทำให้มีประสบการณ์ในการเลือกใช้แหล่งและทรัพยากรสารสนเทศแตกต่างไปตามลักษณะการใช้และบทบาทหน้าที่ของผู้ใช้ แต่แหล่งสารสนเทศที่เป็นที่นิยมได้แก่ แหล่งสารสนเทศประเภทบุคคล ทั้งที่เป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ปราชญ์ชาวบ้าน หรือสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ รวมถึงเหตุการณ์สถานที่ เช่น งานเทศกาลที่มีการบายศรีสู่ขวัญ เป็นต้น แต่สิ่งที่เหมือนกันคือความถี่ในการใช้ที่ผู้ใช้ทุกคนมีรูปแบบการใช้งานที่เป็นครั้งคราว ไม่เป็นประจำ ตามภารกิจหน้าที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมายเท่านั้น
