บทคัดย่อ

การเล่าเรื่องข้อมูลเป็นการนำเสนอข้อมูลที่มีปริมาณมากเพื่อให้เข้าใจง่ายและรับรู้สิ่งที่ต้องการจะสื่อได้ในระยะเวลาอันสั้น เป้าหมายของการเล่าเรื่องข้อมูล เป็นกระบวนการเพิ่มคุณค่าให้กับข้อมูลที่มีอยู่ ส่งผลให้ผู้รับสารเข้าใจสิ่งที่ต้องการจะสื่อ รวมถึงเข้าใจกระบวนการคิดของผู้นำเสนอ ซึ่งจะนำไปสู่การตัดสินใจที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อองค์กรในการพัฒนาสินค้าและบริการ การแก้ไขปัญหาและการพัฒนาการดำเนินงาน ตลอดจนการเชื่อมโยงข้อมูล และการสื่อสารระหว่างกันภายในองค์กร บทความนี้นำเสนอความหมาย ความสำคัญ องค์ประกอบของการเล่าเรื่องข้อมูล ขั้นตอนการเล่าเรื่องข้อมูล การใช้การเล่าเรื่องข้อมูล การใช้การเล่าเรื่องข้อมูลในห้องสมุด และตัวอย่างการปรับเปลี่ยนการนำเสนอให้เป็นการเล่าเรื่องข้อมูลซึ่งปรากฏข้อมูลเชิงลึกได้ทันทีเมื่อมองเห็นภาพ
