บทคัดย่อ

การเล่าเรื่องข้อมูลเป็นการนำเสนอข้อมูลที่มีปริมาณมากเพื่อให้เข้าใจง่ายและรับรู้สิ่งที่ต้องการจะสื่อได้ในระยะเวลาอันสั้น นอกจากนั้นยังทำให้เห็นวิธีการแก้ปัญหาหรือการตัดสินใจเพื่อดำเนินการพัฒนาสินค้าหรือบริการ ตลอดจนการใช้เป็นการสื่อสารในองค์กรได้ด้วย บทความนี้นำเสนอความหมาย องค์ประกอบของการเล่าเรื่องข้อมูล ขั้นตอนการเล่าเรื่องข้อมูล การใช้การเล่าเรื่องข้อมูล การใช้การเล่าเรื่องข้อมูลในห้องสมุด
