บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) สำรวจความทรงจำของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏราชนครินทร์ (2) ศึกษาสภาพการจัดการความทรงจำของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏราชนครินทร์ (3) เสนอแนวทางการจัดการ ความทรงจำของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏราชนครินทร์ การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร อาจารย์ และบุคลากร จำนวน 13 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก สำหรับการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาแบบอุปนัย

ผลการวิจัยมีดังนี้ (1) ความทรงจำของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏราชนครินทร์ ประกอบด้วย ประวัติและพัฒนาการ เหตุการณ์/เรื่องราวสำคัญ พิธีการ/กิจกรรม/ประเพณีสำคัญ บุคคลสำคัญ และสัญลักษณ์ของมหาวิทยาลัย สำหรับสื่อบันทึกความทรงจำที่พบ ประกอบด้วย สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ สื่อโสตทัศน์ สื่อดิจิทัล และวัสดุของจริง (2) สภาพการจัดการความทรงจำของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏราชนครินทร์ มีประเด็นที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ มหาวิทยาลัยมีนโยบายเกี่ยวกับการจัดการความทรงจำของมหาวิทยาลัย แต่ไม่มีความต่อเนื่องของนโยบายจากอดีตมายังปัจจุบัน มหาวิทยาลัยไม่มีแหล่งจัดการความทรงจำอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม ดังนั้นสื่อบันทึกความทรงจำที่พบจึงอยู่กระจัดกระจายตามหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ มหาวิทยาลัยมีวิธีการบริการและเผยแพร่ให้อนุชนรุ่นหลังเกิดการรับรู้ จดจำ และระลึกถึงความทรงจำของมหาวิทยาลัย ได้แก่ การจัดนิทรรศการ การจัดทำสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์/วิดีทัศน์ การจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อรำลึกถึงความทรงจำ การจัดการเรียนการสอนการเพื่อเผยแพร่ความทรงจำของมหาวิทยาลัย (3) แนวทางการจัดการความทรงจำของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏราชนครินทร์ที่พัฒนาขึ้น ประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วน คือ การขับเคลื่อนนโยบาย กระบวนการจัดการความทรงจำ และการได้มาซึ่งความทรงจำที่มีคุณค่า
