บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาพฤติกรรมสารสนเทศของเยาวชนเจเนอเรชันแซดในจังหวัดพิษณุโลก และ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมสารสนเทศของเยาวชนเจเนอเรชันแซดในจังหวัดพิษณุโลก จำแนกตามเพศ ระดับชั้น เกรดเฉลี่ย แผนการเรียน และที่ตั้งของโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6ของโรงเรียนในจังหวัดพิษณุโลก จำนวน 376 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่า t-test และ F-test

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. พฤติกรรมสารสนเทศของเยาวชนเจเนอเรชันเซดมีความต้องสารสนเทศในระดับมาก โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเตรียมต่อศึกษาต่อ เยาวชนต้องการใช้ทรัพยากรอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่เป็นไฟล์ข้อมูลจากอินเทอร์เน็ต แหล่งสารสนเทศที่ใช้มากที่สุดคือ อินเทอร์เน็ต โดยใช้ Google ในการค้นหาและเข้าถึงข้อมูล เยาวชนประเมินสารสนเทศที่ค้นได้โดยพิจารณาจากความทันสมัยของแหล่งข้อมูลเป็นลำดับแรก เยาวชนนำสารสนเทศที่ค้นหาได้มาเรียบเรียงใหม่และมีการปรับเปลี่ยนบางส่วนก่อนนำไปใช้ และมีความพึงพอใจต่อผลการสืบค้นสารสนเทศโดยภาพรวมในระดับมาก 2. เยาวชนเจเนอเรชันแซดในจังหวัดพิษณุโลกที่มีเพศ ระดับชั้น เกรดเฉลี่ย แผนการเรียน และที่ตั้งของโรงเรียนต่างกันมีพฤติกรรมสารสนเทศแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์สำหรับครูผู้สอน ครูบรรณารักษ์นำมาออกแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เหมาะสมกับผู้เรียนซึ่งเป็นเยาวชน Gen Z ที่เป็นชาวดิจิทัลโดยกำเนิด และสถาบันบริการสารสนเทศและแหล่งเรียนรู้ต่าง ๆ นำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงบริการสารสนเทศให้สอดคล้องกับรูปแบบพฤติกรรมสารสนเทศของเยาวชน Gen Z ในสภาพแวดล้อมทางดิจิทัลในยุคปัจจุบันได้ดียิ่งขึ้น
