This article presents issues from the 45th Meeting Preparation of Online Library Week 2021, which discusses the promotion of new learning methods under the epidemic situation of the coronavirus 2019 or COVID-19 in the context of school libraries and university libraries as well as agencies that are learning resources under the Fine Arts Department. School is turning to online learning using new technologies such as Google Classroom. There are Homeroom activities for teachers and students to meet and consult each other through the online group and provide an e-book system. As for the university, it has changed to online learning and increases the purchase of e-books. New technologies such as Classroom Capture have been introduced by the library to support teaching recordings of instructors. The university library also delivers books to users by post during the closing of the library and organizes training on the use of the library, writing a bibliography and using a bibliography management program as well as teaching information literacy through social media or zoom programs. Includes efforts to adjust the library to be "Unman Library". Other agencies that are learning resources such as the Fine Arts Department have changed service of the National Library to online reading services in e-book format. As for the Office of National Museums, it has been adapted to serve as virtual museums, which can be viewed online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The National Archives of Thailand has published selected books for sale online to meet the needs of book readers.
