Abstract

Abstract

The purposes of this research were as follows: 1) To study the components and develop a prototype of the M-learning system for educational information management in the digital environment of the university, 2) To evaluate the quality of the M-learning system by system development experts; and 3) To evaluate the satisfaction of users of the M-learning system by teachers and students. The research method is an experimental research model developed by developing a prototype of M-Learning educational technology and media to be used in educational information management in the digital environment of the university.

The results of this study were as follows: 1) The study of the components and development of the prototype of M-Learning for educational information management in the digital environment of the university. It consists of the following important parts: A digital learning platform The M-learning system includes 1.1) The learning management system (Moodle) is divided into teachers, students, and administrators (Admin). 1.2) Lesson content for use in learning via mobile devices 1.3) Tools for creating and managing lesson content, exercises, and tests 1.4) Evaluation of learning outcomes 2) The quality assessment result of the M-learning system by system development experts. Overall, it was at a very good level (4.63), and 3) The satisfaction assessment results of users of the M-learning system by teachers and students. Overall, it was at the highest level (4.49).
