Abstract

One of the skills required for 21st-century student development is innovation literacy. Executives must place a high priority on developing people with innovative thinking, and this must be reflected in the organization's investment plans. Since innovation stems from employee ideas that have the potential to boost an organization's or nation's competitiveness, cultivating people with advanced innovation skills necessitates cultivating people with intelligence in innovation. This is something that all countries and organizations need to prioritize.
The author assembled this piece by reviewing relevant works published both domestically and abroad. It searches Google Web Search and Google Scholar as well as databases like Academic Search Ultimate, Emerald Management, ERIC, ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, and Thai Journals Online for anything published after 2000. The notion of innovation literacy is presented together with its definition, traits, models, standards for measurement, and variables that influence innovation literacy. People who wish to acquire the information, abilities, and attitudes of persons who are intelligent about innovation will benefit from this. Human capital is seen crucial for the ongoing and sustainable growth of innovation in businesses and nations.
