This research aims to study user experience for designing services in the context of Ramkhamhaeng University Library, Bangna Campus. It is qualitative research utilizing the Double Diamond design process. The data was gathered using 51 individuals, including library users and non-users 40 individuals selected randomly and then sampled using snowball sampling technique. Service providers group: 11 individuals selected using purposive sampling method. Data collection tools utilized include observational forms, interview questionnaires, user experience journey map templates, user model templates, brainstorming questionnaires, and idea folio maps. The study found that the majority of library service users are first-year undergraduate law students. Their objectives for using the library include studying, researching, and learning online. Main issues identified for library improvement involve users' lack of awareness regarding recommended books by professors and senior students, uncertainty about which books or textbooks to read for studying, and lack of knowledge on how to search for information resources and library services.
