Development of Professional Learning Community Model and Enhance the Learning Management Capacity of Teachers to Raise the Quality of Learners of Banmai (Jeenapuk Wittaya) School, Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

The purpose of this research were to: 1) Study the professional learning community and enhance the learning management capacity of teachers in the schools, Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. 2) Development of professional learning community model and enhance the learning management capacity of teachers. 3) Study the results of the experiment using the professional learning community model and enhance the learning management capacity of teachers. 4) The professional learning community model and enhance the learning management capacity of teachers to raise the quality of learners of Banmai (Chinapak wittaya) School, Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. It is research and development. by mixed research methods of quantitative research and Qualitative Approach using quantitative research as the main research. There are 4 research steps. The research finding were:

1. Results of study the professional learning community and enhance the learning management capacity of teachers in the schools, under Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. Overall it was found that at a high level and the results of the analysis of the composition of the professional learning community and enhance the learning management capacity of teachers in the schools, Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, Consists of 8 components.


2. Results of Development of professional learning community model and enhance the learning management capacity of teachers. It consists of 8 components as follows to be appropriate 100 percent. 3. Study the results of the experiment using the professional learning community model and enhance the learning management capacity of teachers. It was found that after used the professional learning community model and enhance the learning management capacity of teachers. The grade 1-6 students had scores on learning achievement in the foreign language learning subject group (English) increased at every grade level. 4. The assessment results the professional learning community model and enhance the learning management capacity of teachers to raise the quality of learners of Banmai (Jeenapuk Wittaya) School, Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, Overall it was found that at a high level.
