Competencies of School Administrators Affecting Student Care and Support System In schools under the Office of Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area 1

Abstract
This research article has the objective of this research was to study the performance of school administrators in schools under the Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 to study the performance of school administrators affecting the student care and support system. In schools under the Office of Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area 1. This study relies on a questionnaire as a tool for data collection. From the sample population is 321school administrators and school teachers under Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The instruments used were questionnaires. Analyze the precision (Reliability) of the questionnaire as a whole and each side. The confidence value of the questionnaire was obtained. Competencies of School Administrators in schools under the Office of Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area 1 was 0.970 and the reliability of the student care and support questionnaire. in schools under the Office of Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area 1 equal to 0.901. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. and stepwise multiple regression analysis by using a ready-made program. The results of the study found that: 1. The analysis of the competency of school administrators under the Office of Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area 1 found that the overall level was at a high level. 2. The analysis of data on student care and support systems in schools under the Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 found that the overall level was at a high level. 3. Testing the hypothesis found that the competency of school administrators consisted of 7 aspects: achievement-oriented good service Team work Analysis and synthesis communication and motivation Personnel Potential Development and vision Affecting the management of the student support system in schools under the Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 with statistical significance at the 0.05 and 0.01 levels.
