Abstract
This research aims to study and compare the academic leadership of administrators of large educational institutions under The Songkhla Primary Education Service Area Office 2, classified according to educational and background.
The research design used was survey research. The sample size consisted of 147 teachers. The sample size was determined using Krejci and Morgan's tables, then randomly stratified by educational institution used the method of comparing the number of teachers in each educational institution. Then it was randomly random drawn using a non-return lottery method. The instrument used is a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with confidence values. The whole version is equal to .924. Statistics used in data analysis are percentage, mean, standard deviation. t-test, F- test and content analysis. The research results were found that: 1. Academic leadership in the 21st century of administrators of large educational institutions Under the jurisdiction of the Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2 in overall (=4.32, S.D.= .38) and in each aspect. at a high level Arranged from highest to lowest, namely, the development of a curriculum that integrates life skills, and the creation of a learning network. Using technology to develop the organization In terms of having vision and keeping up with changes and work performance that focuses on academic achievement, respectively. 2. Teachers with different educational qualifications Have an opinion towards academic leadership in the 21st century of administrators of large educational institutions. Under the jurisdiction of the Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2, in the area of work that focuses on academic achievement. The difference is statistically significant at the .05 level for teachers with different academic status. There was a significant difference in overall opinions at the .001
