Abstract
The purposes of this study were 1) to study academic administration of Rattanakosinsomphod Bangkhunthian School and 2) to the guidelines to develop academic administration of Rattanakosinsomphod Bangkhunthian School. The population of this study were administrators and teachers in Rattanakosinsomphod Bangkhunthian School, totally 163. The instrument was a opinionnaire about the academic administration based on Office of the Basic Education Commission Concept. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency (f), percentage (%), arithmetic mean (µ), standard deviation () and content analysis. The findings of this study were as follows, 1) The academic administration of Rattanakosinsomphod Bangkhunthian School in overall was at high level and each aspect found that 5 aspects were at the highest level, ranking by arithmetic mean ranking by arithmetic mean form the highest to the lowest, there were,: School curriculum development, Educational supervisor, Learning and teaching management in schools, Technology media development and using for education, Guidance, twelve aspects were at high level. 2) The Academic Affairs Administration development guidelines of Rattanakosinsomphod Bangkhunthian School were : Educational institutions should participate and play a role in promoting Support the organization of learning processes within the community, exchange knowledge, Select the wisdom and speakers of the community to study in order to benefit the learning of the students. in preparing the school curriculum, educational institutions should promote and support teachers and learners to use learning resources abroad even more or using knowledge website services or foreign knowledge databases to be used in organizing the teaching and learning process, The research process should be developed. Policy is set have a work plan including creating knowledge, understanding and good attitude. or creating incentives for educational research To develop the learning management process and develop the quality of education in educational institutions to be more efficient.
