The Relationship Between Creative Leadership of School Administrators and Academic Administration in Pilot Schools of Educational Innovation Area, Satun Province

Abstract
This research aims to 1) study the level of creative leadership of school administrators in the pilot schools of the Satun Educational Innovation Area, 2) study the level of academic administration of schools in the pilot schools of the Satun Educational Innovation Area, 3) study the relationship between creative leadership of school administrators and academic administration in the pilot schools of the Satun Educational Innovation Area in the academic year 2024. This research is a quantitative study with a population of 444 teachers in the pilot schools of the Satun Educational Innovation Area. The researcher determined the sample size using the G*Power Analysis program, resulting in a sample of 115 people. The reliability of the creative leadership questionnaire was .931 and the reliability of the academic administration questionnaire was .921. The researcher used a stratified random sampling method based on the proportion of schools and used a simple random sampling method by drawing lots without returning the items. A questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean score, standard deviation, and Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient. The results of the research found that: 1. School administrators in the pilot schools of the educational innovation area, Satun Province, the overall creative leadership was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that vision, flexibility, and imagination were all at a high level. 2. The overall school administrators in the pilot schools of the educational innovation area, Satun Province, were at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that curriculum development, learning process development, measurement and evaluation and education transfer, and guidance were all at a high level. 3. The overall creative leadership of school administrators and academic administration of schools in the pilot schools of the educational innovation area, Satun Province, had a high positive relationship, with statistical significance at the .01 level, with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.832.
