Abstract

The research have objective to study management in side which have ability to development be potentiality of the community enterprise. Problems and obstacles of management in the community enterprise and find guideline to potential development including knowledge, contributing to the potential develop which impact on the sustainability of the community enterprise in the Lower Northeast. The data was collected by questionnaires that the sample consisted of 400 convenience sampling. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation and F-test One-way ANOVA. The results showed that (1.) The community enterprise in the lower northeast was respondents a total of 400 cases classified by individual factors data showed that most respondents were female, aged between 41-50 years, with a position as Group President.
