Abstract

School administration in Digital Era is the management of educational change and management of educational technology simultaneously, among the changes of the environment both inside and outside school that could not be stopped. Key issues in educational change management include creating a culture that is conducive to educational change, an educational knowledge management in digital era and a working in a network. The management of educational technology include adoption of technology, innovation and the change, and an access to technology. Which are done by educational administrators who have skills and competencies to connect ideas and knowledge to students who are digital native by teachers and school administrators who are digital immigrant to achieve the important goal of education, that are all Thai people receive quality education and lifelong learning. Live happily, successful in work, affecting community development, society and nation, able to compete with many countries, by maintaining identity, art, culture and morality ethical principles according to sustainable religion, in line with the philosophy of sufficiency economy and changes in the digital era.
