Administration Approach in Quality of School System of World-Class Standard Primary School

Abstract

This research is aimed to study the state of the internal insurance administrative system in primary world class standard schools and aimed at analyzing the relationships and factors influencing the administrative guidelines prediction of quality system in primary world class standard schools by using the 57 items questionnaire with the 315 samples. Analyzing data with mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. But the researcher also tested the questionnaire’s quality. The ICO result is between .60 – 1.0 and the Alpha reliability is .98. Then used the questionnaires to collect the data and analyzed it with the descriptive statistics, Mean, Percentage and standard deviation. And using the inferential statistics, correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. The result found that the mean of all three main parameters; educational administration, quality management system and world class standard school, was at a high level. And the positive relationship of the three parameters was statistically significantly at .05 level. The important finding was that the quality administrative system in primary world class standard schools consisted of leadership, professional leader, participation, setting up the environment, learning and teaching activities and communication technologies. The six factors affect the development of world class standard schools were statistically significantly at .05 level. The administrator and teachers can take all six input factors to develop all teachers and students’ learning techniques at the same time; especially the present state capability analysis, problem of capability analysis and setting up the activities to improve the students’ capability individually.
