The Development of Health Leadership in 3rd level Nursing Science Students, Generation 46 of Boromarajonani College of Nursing Sanpasithiprasong

The purpose of this research were to 1) identify the components of health leadership in 3rd level nursing science students, generation 46 of Boromarajonani College of Nursing Sanpasithiprasong. 2) Development the health leadership in 3rd level nursing science students, generation 46 of Boromarajonani College of Nursing Sanpasithiprasong. 3) to check for propriety and possibility in practice on the development of health leadership in 3rd level nursing science students, generation 46 of Boromarajonani College of Nursing Sanpasithiprasong. The research methodology composed of 5 steps as follow : Step 1) study of the documents about health leadership and development of health leadership in nursing science students. Step 2) Assesment the health leadership in 3rd level nursing science students, generation 46 of Boromarajonani College of Nursing Sanpasithiprasong. Step 3) Analyze the part of the health leadership in nursing science students component. Step 4) Analyze the propriety and possibility of the component with 8 representatives of in nursing science students by focus group discussion. Step 5) Summarize and present the research report. The data using content analysis and the statistics to analyze the data were percentage and average. The research findings were as follows : The health leadership in 3rd level nursing science students, generation 46 of Boromarajonani College of Nursing Sanpasithiprasong consisted of 5 main components which were : 1) Knowledge of health care part, 2) Personality part, 3) Understanding individual differences part, 4) Communication skills part, 5) Respected in personal rigth part. The results of development the health leadership and check for propriety and possibility in the development of health leadership in 3rd level nursing science students, generation 46 of Boromarajonani College of Nursing Sanpasithiprasong are appropriated, feasible, accurate and applicable which coincided with the research theory.
