Information and Communication Technology Literacy of Undergraduate Students at Suan Dusit University

The purpose of this research was to study and compare information and communication technology literacy of undergraduate students at Suan Dusit University based on gender, faculty, year of study and grade point average. A sample group was 385 undergraduate students who enrolled in 2018 academic year, drawn by stratified random sampling method. The data collection tool was a questionnaire. The statistics used for analyzing data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation, whereas t-test and one-way ANOVA were used for hypothetical testing.
The findings were as follows:
- The level of information and communication technology literacy was at the highest level for overall attributes. When considering on each attribute, it showed that students had information and communication technology literacy at a high level in all attributes which included the definition, the access, the evaluation, the management, integration, the creation and the communication.
- Students’ different faculty had significantly different levels of information and communication technology literacy at .05 statistical level.
