Model Development of Productive Citizen Skills for CreativeCompetition of Cambodian Students in Higher Education

Abstract

The purposes of thisresearchwere : 1) to study the problems in organizing educationenhancing productivecitizen skills for creative competition of Cambodian students in higher education. 2) to create and develop a model for development of productive citizen skills for creative competition of Cambodian students in higher education. And 3) to propose a model for development of productivecitizen skillsfor creative competition of Cambodian students in higher education. The population of theresearchwereadministrators, instructors of Royal University of Phnom Penh orRUPP, and students of Englishprogram 431 personswhostudyingwith Royal University of Phnom PenhinPhnomPenhCity, Cambodia of studyyear 2019. The sample of theresearchwereadministrators 3 persons, instructors 6 personschoseninpurposive sampling, and students of Englishprogram 108 personswerechosen 25% from 431 persons. This research is a surveyresearchusingmixedmethodresearch which had tools research were structured interview with administrators and instructors and questionnairewithstudents,Thai quality assessment toolsfromprofessionals and experts 5 persons, and the language accuracy assessment toolintranslatingform Cambodian to Thai and the answer from Cambodian to ThaiweretheexpertfromCambodian 1 personand Thai 1 person. Data analysis with statistics such as frequency, percentage, arithmeticmean, standarddeviation and CorrelationAnalysis.

            The researchresultswereadministrators, instructors and studentsmet problems found together and different problems according to the position, and total and summarize the findings of the research and create the modelwhichappropriatebypresenting the study management model as CCPR + TAW (Creative Mind; Critical Mind; Productive Mind; Responsible Mind; Training; Academic; Workshop).
