The Model of High Performance Organization Management for Educational Quality Development in Schools Under Provincial Administration Organization

Abstract

This research aims to develop a model and to study the effect of using the high performance organization management model to develop educational quality in schools under Provincial Administration Organization. This research is divided into 2 phases : phase 1 developing the model of high performance organization management for educational quality development in schools under Provincial Administration Organization verified of model by 9 experts. And phase 2 studying the comparison of before and after result and the satisfaction evaluation using the model. The tools used in this research consisted of interview form and questionnaires. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and content analysis. The findings were as follows : The model of high performance organization management for educational quality development in schools under Provincial Administration Organization consists of 5 parts : part 1 principles, concepts and objectives part 2 high performance organization management consist of 1) leadership 2) defining vision and strategy 3) knowledge management 4) process management 5) workforce development 6) focusing on stakeholders 7) focus on performance part 3 guidelines for Implementation part 4 evaluation and part 5 conditions. The results of the evaluation were found that the model was appropriate and possible at the highest level. The results of using model were found that the before and after using the model was at a high level. The average value comparing it was found that has a significant difference at the level of .05 and the satisfaction was at a high level.
