Development of creative leadership development programs of primary school teachers

The purposes of the research were tostudy the development of creative leadership development program of primary school teachers and 2) study the effect of using the creative leadership development program of elementary school teachers.To usethe research and development consists of 2 phases.Phase I: Design of Creative Leadership Development Program for primary School Teachers. Phase 2: A study of the results of the implementation of the creative leadership program of primary school teachers .The data and the samples used in the research included:The firstphase consisted of 9 experts, and the second phase consisted of 30 primary school teachers.The tools used for data collection consisted of questionnaires, questionnaires, interview forms and statistical tests that were used to analyze data such as percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The research found that 1. The program to create creative leadership of primary school teachers with 5 elements 1) Principles of the program 2) Program objectives 3) Program content 4) How to proceed 5) Measurement and evaluation And the manual for using the program, including evaluation before and after the development of the evaluation, to follow the results after the development and satisfaction assessment takes 180 hours. Possibility Suitability, accuracy and usefulness Overall at a high level And the results of the implementation of the creative leadership program of primary school teachers found that the teachers' self-evaluation results about the creative leadership of teachers after development were at the highest level. Primary school teacher with the level of creative leadership after development higher than before development with statistical significance at the level of .01 and passing the criteria of 80 percent. The results of the assessment follow the results from the overall evaluation group at a high level. The participants were satisfied with the overall creative leadership development program at the highest level.
