A comparative study effectiveness of herbal cream with herbal compress on pain treatment in lom pai pattakhatsanyan 1 and sanyan3 of backat takha health promoting hospital,bangplama district, suphanburi province

Abstract

Treatment of lower back pain or Lom Pai PattakhatSanyan1 and Sanyan3 of back with herbal compress formulas from the inscription stone of Wat PhraChetuphonVimolmangklararamRatchaworamaha. The objective of this study was to compare the effectiveness of herbal cream with herbal compresses on pain treatment in Lom Pai PattakhatSanyan1 and Sanyan3 of back with 2 experimental groups.The first group with herbal cream total 37 people. Before the experiment had an average score 5.78, standard deviations 1.228 and after the experiment an average score 2.14, standard deviations 0.822 indicates that herbal cream can reduce pain of back. Compare the pain scale before and after the experiment of herbal cream was differences significantly 0.05, Group 2: 37 people of herbal compress tested. Before the experiment had an average score 5.27, standard deviations 1.539 and after the experiment an average score 1.92, standard deviations 1.01, Compared the pain scale from experiment of herbal cream and herbal compress, the pain scale decreased not different significantly 0.05
