DEVELOPMENT OF MANAGEMENT MODEL FOR SPORT EXCELLENCE OF SPORTS SCHOOLS UNDER THE LOCAL ADMINISTRATION ORGANIZATION

Abstract

ABSTRACT

                 The purposes of this study were to 1) Develop the management model for sport excellence of sports schools, under the local administration organization 2) Decency check of management model to sport excellence of sport school, under local administration. The research consisted of 2 phases. Phase 1: to make the conceptual framework analysis document, related literature, interviewing five experts and suitable tool verifying. Phase 2: Decency check of management with empirical data, the evaluation of suitable model, the samples consist of school administrator, teacher, sport schools, 231 persons under local administration. The sample size was determined using the table of Krejcie and Morgan. The sample acquisition was stratified randomly. The tool used was five levels of questionnaire. Index of Item Objective Congruence 0.50 - 1.00, Discrimination 0.20 - 0.70 and Reliability 0.92 and the data were analyzed by using mean and standard deviation.

                 The research finding were as follows:

1. The management model for sport excellence of sports schools, under the local administration organization consisted of 4 compositions. Composition 1: Factors Affecting management model to sport excellence as follows 1) Personnel 2) Policy 3) Location, equipment and facility 4) Environment management Composition 2: The management model to sport excellence process as follows 1) Planning 2) Organization management 3) Leaderships 4) Control Composition 3: The scope of management model for sport excellence of sports schools as follows 1) develop students to sport excellence 2) follows The Basic Education Core Curriculum 3) study, research analyze for developing sport standard quality 4) develop the management system for the efficacy 5) develop the morality, ethics and Sportsmanship Promotion. Composition 4: The sport excellence as follows 1) success in sports competition 2) level of competitions.
2. The suitability of Develop the management model for sport excellence of sports schools, under the local administration organization Is suitable Overall is at a high level.
