Abstract

The purposes of this study were to  study the current and expected state of the secondary school management according to the concept of inclusive education and social- emotional  learning for student with special needs. The subjects included in the study were administrators , teacher and special education teachers totaling 76. A questionnaire was used to collect data. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and the modified Priority Needs Index (PNI Modified ) to prioritize and rank the needs. The study found that, in general, The needs assessment offered rankings from the highest to the lowest priorities: 1) Student (0.46)  2)  Environment (0.40)   3) Tools (0.30)   4) Activities
