Abstract
The objectives of this research are 1) to study the elements of leadership, blended learning and educational quality 2) to study the differences and the relationship of these three concepts 3) to analyze the influence between theses element and 4) to suggest the direction of the educational quality development. The researcher used a questionnaire and collected 244 respondents from administrators and teachers in office of education region 14. The collected data was analyzed by the statistic such as mean, correlation, variance analysis and multiple analysis. The results found that
1) the elements of leadership skill and blended learning are high level and educational quality is moderate 2) the mean difference of these three concepts contributed statistically significant different and related significantly 3) the influent elements on educational quality are learning skill, personal skill, business skill, Strategic skill, teaching and learning, space and learning environment, the influence coefficient presented R2 = .30 - .48 and 4) the direction of educational development are the development of human resource, learning material, data and core competency of learners.
