Abstract

Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine the relationship and mean difference including influencing analysis of the components of educational leadership and supervision process on educational quality assurance with development suggestion. The researcher designed a questionnaire for collecting 400 respondents of the administrators and teachers’ opinions in office of education region 14. The statistical Analysis are frequency, correlation, variance analysis and multiple regression analysis.

The research results found that 1) the mean of educational leadership, supervision process and educational quality assurance, are high level for all components 2) these three concepts related significantly at .01 3) the components of educational leadership and supervision process such as digital knowledge and literacy, collaborative working, providing clear direction, appraising, planning, controlling and leading, influenced significantly and simultaneously at the coefficient R2 = .23, .48 (Sig .05)
