Environment Orientation and Green Marketing Mix to Enhance Competitive Advantage and Financial Performance of Real Estate Firms

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the influences of the elements of environment orientation and green marketing mix on competitive advantage and financial performance of real estate firms. The researcher use a questionnaire for collecting 400 respondents of the owners, managers, CEO and committees of real estate firms in Bangkok and its vicinity. Multi-regression analysis was used to analyze the data. The research results found that the elements of environment orientation influenced and predicted significantly green marketing mix at R2 = .78 error .24, F= 144.26 (Sig .000). Moreover, the research results also found that green marketing mix influenced significantly to competitive advantage at R2 = .67, error .66, F= 80.97 (Sig .000).
