MANAGEMENT FOR BOARDING SCHOOLS BASE ON THE CONCEPT OF THE 21ST CENTURY CITIZENSHIP

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the framework of Boarding Schools Management base on the 21^st century citizenship for developing to the strategic. Qualitative research was used in this study and content analysis was used by review literature and collected the the important data and 7 experts selected by a purposive sampling method were interviewed by using the semi structure interview and the data was prescribed and then analyzed. The results found that the experts agreed with the framework of Management of Boarding School Base on the 21^st century citizenship. The first priority that the experts paid attention was on the aspect for boarding schools management compose of academic management and boarding management. The 21^st century citizenship compose of 3 dimensions are civic literacy, global literacy and digital literacy. According to the opinions of expert interviews summarized that The boarding school students not only were developed especially in science and academic but also were developed in the real life. However, it should have been helping matters for living in the 21^st century environment.
