Value Creation in Pineapple Industry

Abstract
This study aims to find the factors that enhance the value creation of pineapple industrial in Thailand. Those factors will be used as a tool to assess their ability to create value in order to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. The results showed that there were eight key factors that encouraged value creation for the pineapple manufacturing industry which is consistent with the past research. Findings also indicated two additional factors, including the “organizational culture creation” and “stakeholders’ performance,” that should be added to those eight key success factors in order to increase the value creation of pineapple industrial in Thailand for the
entire system. The findings of this study contribute to both theory and the policy and practice in Thailand’s context.
