Abstract
This article aims to study groups of people in relation to ethnic diversity in Ayutthaya, both among natives and foreigners. Some foreigners were classified as natives for some particular reason. Ayutthaya courts had a system to control both natives and foreigners for the purpose of manpower and economic benefits.
