บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์การสมนัยระหว่างทักษะแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 กับภูมิหลังของนักศึกษาฝึกปฏิบัติการสอนคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตปัตตานี กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาปฏิบัติการสอนคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตปัตตานี ประจำปีการศึกษา 2559 จำนวน 209 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบประเมินทักษะแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 สำหรับนักศึกษาฝึกปฏิบัติการสอนคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตปัตตานี ผลการวิจัยพบว่าระดับการปฏิบัติทักษะแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 ของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับบ่อยครั้ง โดยความมีเมตตา กรุณา วินัย คุณธรรม และจริยธรรมมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมาเป็นทักษะการสื่อสาร สารสนเทศ และรู้เท่าทันสื่อ ทักษะคอมพิวเตอร์ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และการสื่อสาร ตามลำดับ โดยทักษะความเข้าใจต่างวัฒนธรรมต่างกระบวนทัศน์มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุดอยู่ในระดับบางครั้ง ผลการวิเคราะห์การสมนัยระหว่างภูมิหลังของกลุ่มตัวอย่างกับระดับการปฏิบัติทักษะแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 พบว่า กลุ่มสาขา และหน่วยฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติการสอนมีความสัมพันธ์ใกล้ชิดกับทักษะความร่วมมือ การทำงานเป็นทีม และภาวะผู้นำ และยังพบว่าเกรดเฉลี่ยสะสมมีความสัมพันธ์ใกล้ชิดกับทักษะการสื่อสาร สารสนเทศ และรู้เท่าทันสื่อ และทักษะคอมพิวเตอร์ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และการสื่อสาร
