บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาถึงผลกระทบที่อาจเกิดขึ้นกับอุตสาหกรรมรถยนต์และชิ้นส่วนของไทย รวมถึงเศรษฐกิจโดยรวมของประเทศไทย ถ้าประเทศอินโดนีเซียสามารถผลิตรถยนต์ได้ตามเป้าหมายของนโยบายรถยนต์แห่งชาติ ในการศึกษาผลกระทบ ผู้ศึกษาได้ประเมินผลกระทบโดยใช้เครื่องมือทางสถิติและความคิดเห็นของผู้ประกอบการอุตสาหกรรมรถยนต์และชิ้นส่วนที่มีการค้าการลงทุนกับอินโดนีเซีย สำหรับรายละเอียดของงานวิจัยได้แบ่งเป็น 2 ส่วน โดยส่วนแรกเป็นการศึกษาประโยชน์และผลกระทบที่เกิดขึ้นในเชิงปริมาณ ซึ่งเป็นการประเมินประโยชน์และผลกระทบต่ออุตสาหกรรมรถยนต์ และชิ้นส่วนของไทย รวมทั้งเศรษฐกิจไทยในเชิงตัวเลขโดยผลการศึกษาประกอบด้วย 2 ส่วนย่อยคือ ผลการศึกษาประโยชน์และผลกระทบต่ออุตสาหกรรมรถยนต์และชิ้นส่วนของไทย และผลการศึกษาประโยชน์และผลกระทบต่อภาพรวมเศรษฐกิจของไทย โดยเครื่องมือที่นำมาใช้ในการประเมินผลกระทบ ได้แก่ Inter-Country Input-Output (ICIO) ของ OECD ตารางปัจจัยการผลิตและ
ผลผลิตของไทย ซึ่งจัดทำโดยสำนักงานคณะกรรมการพัฒนาการเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห่งชาติ และแบบจำลองเศรษฐกิจมหภาคอาเซียน ซึ่งพัฒนาโดยศูนย์ศึกษาการค้าระหว่างประเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยหอการค้าไทย สำหรับส่วนที่ 2 คือการศึกษาประโยชน์และผลกระทบที่เกิดขึ้นในเชิงคุณภาพ ซึ่งเป็นการศึกษาถึงประโยชน์ ผลกระทบโอกาส และอุปสรรคในการเข้าใช้ประโยชน์หรือรับมือกับนโยบายการผลิตรถยนต์ของอินโดนีเซีย จากความคิดเห็นของผู้ประกอบการอุตสาหกรรมรถยนต์ของไทย
