บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้เป็นการศึกษาเส้นทางการค้าในอดีตที่มีความเจริญรุ่งเรืองที่เรียกว่าเส้นทางสายไหม (Silk Road) ซึ่งมี 2 เส้นทาง คือ เส้นทางสายไหมตอนเหนือและเส้นทางสายไหมตอนใต้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเส้นทางสายไหมตอนใต้ในอดีต หรือเส้นทางหลวง R3A ในปัจจุบัน จากกรุงเทพถึงนครคุนหมิง มณฑลยูนนานของประเทศจีนกับโอกาสทางการค้าของไทย โดยมียุทธศาสตร์ One Belt and One Road เป็นตัวขับเคลื่อนทางเศรษฐกิจของจีน ตามกรอบการพัฒนาความร่วมมือทางเศรษฐกิจในอนุภูมิภาคลุ่มน้ำโขง (GMS) เพื่อสร้างโอกาสทางการค้า ตามเส้นทางคมนาคมที่เชื่อมโยงกันในระหว่างภูมิภาค อันเป็นการขยายช่องทางการส่งออกสินค้าและวัตถุดิบของประเทศไทยไปยังภาคตะวันตกของจีน จากการศึกษาพบว่า สิ่งที่ผู้ประกอบการควรคำนึงถึงในการทำการค้าในประเทศจีน คือ ความแตกต่างหลากหลายในแต่ละมณฑลของประเทศจีน รสนิยม และพฤติกรรมของผู้บริโภค วัฒนธรรมความเป็นอยู่ที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้าหรือบริการ
