การวิเคราะห์นโบายเพื่อความมั่นคงระหว่างพืชอาหารและพืชพลังงานของประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษานโยบายความมั่นคงของพืชอาหารและพีชพลังงานของประเทศไทย ประเทศไทยมียุทธศาสตร์ความมั่นคงด้านอาหารซึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์ให้มือาหารเพียงพอกับความต้องการบริโภค ให้ความสำคัญกับการเข้าถึงอาหาร เพิ่มผลผลิตทางการเกษตร และผลิตอาหารที่มีคุณภาพ สำหรับความมั่นคงด้านพลังงานนั้นได้มีแผนพัฒนาพลังงานทดแทนและพลังงานทางเลือก ร้อยละ 25 เพื่อส่งเสริมการใช้พลังงานชีวภาพ ชึ่งส่วนใหญ่ผลิตจากพืชผลทางการเกษตรซึ่งใช้บริโภค ดังนั้น ความสมดุลจะเป็นอย่างไร ในขณะที่ตางประเทศก็ได้ให้ความสำคัญกับความสมดุลของพืชอาหาร เพื่อบริโภคและพืชพลังงานใกล้เคียงกัน โดยมีประเทศจีนที่เน้นพืชอาหารเพื่อการบริโภคมากกว่า เพื่อผลิตพลังงานการดำเนินการเพื่อสร้างความสมดุลพืชอาหารและพืชพลังงานนั้น ควรให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องพัฒนาฐานข้อมูล เพื่อใช้ในการวางแผนพื้นที่ที่เหมาะสมต่อการปลูกพืชอาหารและพืชพลังงาน มีการกำหนดราคาพืชอาหารและพืชพลังงานที่เหมาะสม ในขณะที่ชุมชนควรมีการรวมกลุ่มกันในการจัดตั้งวิสาหกิจชุมชน เพื่อการจัดสรรพืชอาหารและพื้นที่เพื่อปลูกพืชพลังงานผลิตพลังงานใช้ในชุมชน ลำหรับเกษตรกรนั้นควรมีการปลูกพืชแบบผสมผสาน หรือบริหารจัดการพื้นที่เพาะปลูกพืช อาหารและพลังงานอย่างสมดุล
