ศักยภาพของประเทศไทยในการเป็นเจ้าภาพจัดงานดนตรี ระดับโลก: การวิเคราะห์นโยบายเชิงเปรียบเทียบจากกรณีศึกษา ดิ เอราส์ ทัวร์ ของเทย์เลอร์ สวิฟต์ ณ สาธารณรัฐสิงคโปร์

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มุ่งวิเคราะห์ความสามารถของประเทศไทยในการเป็นเจ้าภาพจัดงานดนตรีระดับนานาชาติ โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เชิงเปรียบเทียบด้านนโยบายระหว่างประเทศไทยและสาธารณรัฐสิงคโปร์ ผ่านกรณีศึกษางานคอนเสิร์ต The Eras Tour ของ Taylor Swift และใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและการสนทนากลุ่ม จำนวน 25 คน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ข้อจำกัดสำคัญของประเทศไทยไม่ได้อยู่ที่อุปสงค์ของตลาด แต่อยู่ที่โครงสร้างการกำกับดูแลแบบแยกส่วน ซึ่งส่งผลให้กระบวนการดำเนินงานขาดความต่อเนื่องและลดทอนคุณภาพประสบการณ์ของผู้เข้าร่วม ในขณะที่สาธารณรัฐสิงคโปร์มีการบริหารจัดการแบบบูรณาการ ที่เอื้อต่อประสิทธิภาพของระบบ งานวิจัยนี้เสนอแนวทางเชิงนโยบายเพื่อยกระดับการจัดการงานมหกรรมดนตรีของประเทศไทยให้สามารถแข่งขันในระดับสากลได้อย่างยั่งยืน
